We are RICS Registered Valuation Surveyors and provide valuations for commercial property for a wide variety of purposes including personal pension requirements, property acquisition, taxation, balance sheet etc. All valuations are carried out in accordance with the current edition of the Appraisal and Valuation Standards issued by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (the Red Book).
